The Client:
O’Neill Kinesiology College is recognised as Western Australia’s premier training college for Kinesiology study and is the only Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Western Australia that offers three levels of Kinesiology training: Certificate IV in Kinesiology, Diploma of Kinesiology, and Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology. Founded in 1999, the organisation has grown from a small single practitioner business into the widely-respected, industry leader it is today.
The Brief
Originally, in 2001, the brief addressed the fledgling company’s start-up issues as the business struggled to thrive and gain traction within the industry. From the commencement of his work with them, right through until the current date, Neil has continued to guide the owners, acting as their trusted business advisor and assisting them to navigate their way through a variety of organisational changes, additional key product and service launches and exceptional business growth.
Neil’s brief was to specifically assist with:
- Key Business Advisor to the Directors
- Company Vision, Mission and Values Statements
- Organisational Systems
- Expansion and Growth
- Sales and Marketing
- Staffing and Business Management Systems and Procedures
- Mentor and Sounding Board for the company.
The Outcome:
With Neil’s inherent ability to understand the key requirements for building long-term business success, combined with his ground breaking business, leadership and sales systems, he has been able to offer effective and insightful advice across the full spectrum of business operations, allowing the company to “grow into” its vision as the business expanded.
