Payment Security
The PCI Security Standards Council was formed in 2006 by the five major credit card companies and has established standards for credit card payment security.
There are 4 levels of PCI compliance with Level 1 being the most stringent. All transactions on this site are fully Level 1 PCI compliant. You can read more about PCI compliance here.
You will notice that the pages on this site where credit card information is collected are all “https” secure which means that the data entered on the page and transmitted to the server is securely encrypted.
All payments are handed off to the payment gateway Stripe and no credit card details are retained on this site. Stripe is a global omnichannel payment provider processing secure credit card payments for merchants around the world. If you have purchased a product which has a recurring billing, Stripe will securely retain your credit card information for the duration of those billings in order to effect the monthly charges. You can read more about Stripe’s security here.
